The 190cc Honda engine provides plenty of power to deal with the toughest of conditions and a heavy duty aluminium cone clutch transmission has infinitely variable forward speeds allowing you to cut at a pace that suits you and the conditions.
The chassis is a unique hybrid design with a galvanised and powder coated deep drawn pressed steel cutting chamber with a J section lip for increased stiffness, and the rigidity of a cast aluminium conveyor at the rear of the machine incorporating the lower handlebar mountings. The conveyor is the perfect shape to maximise air flow which is further enhanced by fins moulded into the anti-scalp plate at the front of the mower
The Twinclip 50 SV H boasts new cutting technology – a double layered blade with 4 cutting faces. The leading edge of the blade makes the initial cut; the second blade cuts an additional 19mm, the cuttings are cut and re-cut through the blades as they are blown into the collector resulting in noticeable collecting performance of around 20%.
The vibration control system (VCS) isolates vibrations, meaning a more comfortable, less tiring working experience and the 53cm/21" deck operated by a single lever has a choice of 7 cutting height positions ranging from 25 to 77mm that will produce a great finish on your lawn whatever the conditions, or, if the grass is longer remove the collector and rear discharge or alternatively simply insert the mulching plug and drive in Multiclip mode.
Mulching is by far the easiest way to cut your grass and the innovative blade and deck design also makes the lawnmower quieter. The Stiga Multiclip system cuts and recuts the grass into tiny pieces that simply wilt away, returning valuable nutrients to the soil to encourage beautiful green growth. You don’t need to rake up the clippings or empty a collector, which means you can cut the grass about 30% faster compared to a collecting mower.
The Twinclip 55 SV H comes complete with a mulching kit facility and is supported by a 5 year manufacturer's warranty. The 53cm/21" cutting width makes this great combi mower suitable for moderate size gardens up 50m x 50m.
